Middle/Senior Python Engineer

We are looking for a pragmatic and business-minded engineer who connects technical decisions with business impact. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements can change, stay calm and solution-oriented when challenges arise, and take ownership rather than waiting for perfect conditions. You communicate constructively, if necessary, directly with stakeholders, and help turn complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions. 

TASKS 

• Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies 

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python with FastAPI or Django 

• Conceptualize and improve our software architecture 

• Understand and solve complex business requirements 

• Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies 

• Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices 

• Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decision Records

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS 

• 3+ years of professional experience with Python and FastAPI or Django 
  
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards 

• Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP 

• Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code 
  
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency, with strong communication skills for team discussions and code reviews.
  
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
